They are intended for automated driving and automotive electronic control units (ECUs).

Rohm-1mm-mosfet For automated optical inspection (AOI), the company is providing a side electrode height of 125µm. “This enables stable toe fillet formation even with bottom electrode packages, allowing the solder condition to be verified,” according to the company.
