Swindon Silicon backs the Elektra Awards 2020
The company is once again sponsoring the Design Tools and Development Software category in the virtual event taking place on 25 March 2021.
“Swindon Silicon Systems are delighted once again to sponsor the Elektra Awards 2020,” said Richard Mount, the Director of Sales and Marketing at Swindon Silicon.
“It has been a difficult year for everyone and we feel that it is fitting that as we start to move towards the end of the pandemic through the expertise in global medical science, that Swindon, a global leader in ASIC technology, acknowledges key achievements and successes in the electronics industry during this period.”
You can view all the award categories, and please note that we still invite entries for the rescheduled 2020 Elektra Awards – if you have a project or product that launched or was completed between July 2019 and September 2020, you should consider entering.
All entries received before the original deadline will be automatically carried forward to judging for the rescheduled event. Companies are free to submit additional entries, or to replace an existing entry.

Industry support

Clive Couldwell, Electronics Weekly‘s group editor, welcomed Swindon Silicon’s important support for the Elektra Awards 2020:
“It’s great to have Swindon Silicon on board for the Elektras, once again, and play a significant role in the evening. It’s important for major companies to show support for their industry’s awards.”
The Elektra Award for Design Tools and Development Software 2019 went to SiFive, incidentally, for its Core Designer taking processor core IP to the Cloud.
