ROHM’s Nano Pulse Control converters are AEC-Q100 qualified with a wide input voltage range of 3.5 V to 40 V

Image of ROHM's Nano Pulse Control™ Buck DC/DC Converters for AutomotiveROHM’s BD9P1x5EFV-C and BD9P2x5EFV-C series are current mode synchronous buck DC/DC converters integrating ROHM power MOSFETs. These Nano Pulse Control converters are AEC-Q100 qualified with a wide input voltage range of 3.5 V to 40 V, making them ideal for automotive use and consumer power supply applications. This lineup of automotive DC/DC converters leverages ROHM’s original leading-edge power supply technology.

Nano Pulse Control is an ultra-high-speed pulse control technology that combines three advanced ROHM technologies in the circuit design, layout, and process areas. It is a leading-edge technology that contributes to the simplification of power supply systems for many applications, including hybrid vehicles, industrial robots, sub-power supplies of base stations, and others, while helping to reduce the overall size of the application. This series is available in a 6.5 mm x 6.4 mm x 1.0 mm HTSSOP-B20 package.
