Image of Littelfuse's High Temperature 16 Amp Alternistor Triacs – QVxx16xHx Series The QVxx16xHx series from IXYS: A Littelfuse Technology is designed for AC applications such as solid-state switches with high dv/dt capabilities. These 16 A alternistor devices feature a high junction temperature range of +150°C and operate exclusively in quadrants I, II, and III, which allows them to perform especially well in inductive load applications where high commutation performance is required. They are offered in the TO-263 package and the TO-220 package, which features clip-attach assembly and are ideal for SMD and through-hole applications, respectively.
