MCC is extending its automotive portfolio with several components in SOD-123, SOD323, SOD-123FL, SOD-523, and SOT-23 packages. In these packages, MCC is offering most common small signal devices like switching diodes, Zener diodes, standard and Schottky rectifiers, NPN and PNP transistors, and N + P channel MOSFETS. Most common part numbers are 1N4148X, MMBT3904/3906, MMBT5401/5551, BAS19/20/21/40, BC807/817/840, BC846/856, BAT54, BAV99/W, B0530/0540, SD103AW, and various Zener diodes.

The part numbers of MCC’s AEC-Q devices have a suffix of HE3; for example, BAV99HE3-TP and BC818-25WHE3-TP. These small signal devices are required in several applications, like lighting, infotainment, camera and HUD, instruments, BMS, and BCM.
