Image of Maxim's MAX25206 Automotive 60 V/70 V 2.2 MHz Buck Controller with 7 µA IQ Maxim's MAX25206 are 2.2 MHz synchronous step-down controllers with 7 μA IQ suitable for automotive applications operating with an input voltage supply from 3.5 V to 60 V and running at 99% (typ) duty cycle during drop-out conditions. These controllers are ideal for applications with mid- to high-power requirements that operate at a wide input voltage range, such as automotive cold-crank or engine stop-start conditions. The MAX25207 has an optional bypass mode, allowing 100% high-side switch on until step-down function is required during automotive transients.
