ON Semiconductor's STR-NCV8163-NCP163-EVK provides an evaluation kit for the NCV8163 and NCP163 series of 250 mA ultra-low noise and high PSRR XDFN4 package LDOs with available fixed output voltages of 1.2 V to 5.3 V. The NCV8163 and NCP163 are designed to meet requirements for sensitive RF and analog circuits with typical applications in various battery-powered devices. The NCV8163 is rated for automotive and industrial applications. This evaluation kit can be used in tandem with the Strata environment GUI which can enable/disable the LDO and monitor other telemetry on the platform including input/output voltage, power dissipated, and temperature.
