ON Semiconductor's STR-NCP171-EVK evaluation kit has a factory-programmed output voltage offset between active/low power mode

Image of On Semi's STR-NCP171-EVK Dual Power Mode LDO Evaluation KitON Semiconductor's STR-NCP171-EVK evaluation kit is for the NCP171 series of 80 mA dual-mode XDFN4 package LDOs with a fixed output voltage range from 0.6 V to 3.3 V. In low-power mode, the NCP171 can achieve a quiescent current as low as 50 nA, and the output voltage can be lowered by an internally programmed value of 50 mV, 100 mV, 150 mV, and 200 mV. The ultra-low quiescent current and dual-mode capability optimize this LDO for battery-powered or low-power applications.

The STR-NCP171-EVK evaluation kit can be used in tandem with the Strata environment GUI which can enable/disable the LDO, switch between active mode and low-power mode, and monitor other telemetries on the platform, including input/output voltage, power dissipated, and temperature.
