It now meets NASA and ESA requirements, complying with MIL-PRF-38535 (QML-Y) and ESCC 9000.
The most recent testing was to evaluate total ionising dose (TID) tolerance, where it scored 150kRad.
“It means that [customers] can benefit from TRL9 technology, without the need for any further qualification effort,” according to Teledyne marketing director Nicolas Chantier, who pointed out that inventory is available.
1.6Gsample/s is supported on four channels, or 6.4Gsample/s on one channel by interleaving the four. Reconfiguration is provided by an on-board cross-point switch, which can also be set to make it a two channel 3.2Gcsample/s converter.
