Mornsun’s LMF500-20Bxx series of 500W ac-dc PSUs are available from Relec.

The units have a universal input of 80 – 264Vac “and dual use of the same terminal enables it to also accept 110 – 370Vdc”, according to the Dorset-based distributor.

 

There are six models, all with built-in power factor correction, offerign a choice of output voltages: 12, 15, 24, 27, 36, 48 or 54V.

 

Input-output isolation test voltage is up to 4kVac, and safety approvals include CE EN/ UL62368-1 for audio-visual and information communication technology equipment, IEC/EN60601 for medical equipment, EN60335 (Low Voltage Directive) for household and electrical appliances, GB4943 and EN61558.

 

Protections include output short-circuit, over-current, over-voltage class III (designed to meet EN61558) and over-temperature. The output over-voltage trip turns the output off until the unit is re-powered.

 

Remote sense compensation is included and there is remote on-off.

 

EMC meets CISPR32/EN55032 class B for both conducted and radiated emissions and EN61000-3-2 class A and D for harmonic currents.

 

Size is 203.1 x 101.6 x 40.6mm, anf they are designed to operate over -30 to +70℃.
