The optical module co-packages Xilinx Versal ACAP (adaptive compute acceleration platform) and Ranovus’ Odin 800Gbit/s ‘CPO 2.0′ module.
Odin is a protocol agnostic optical engine build around Ranovus’ 100Gbit/s/λ monolithic electro-photonic IC and laser – in units of 100Gbit/s, Odin can scale up to 3.2Tbit/s in different packages.
“We are thrilled to showcase our platform with a Versal ACAP for machine learning and artificial intelligence workloads,” said Ranovus CEO Hamid Arabzadeh.
