‘Have you met an artificial?’ asks the teaser, while company posts say it is an ‘artificial intelligence being’ and a ‘best friend.’

 

Samsung says Neon is unrelated to its digital assistant Bixby. The company tweeted: “Honored to have so much coverage even before we unveil. But contrary to some news, Neon is NOT about Bixby or anything you have seen before,’

 

Neon has been developed ar Samsung Technology & Advanced Research Labs (STAR Labs) whose CEO, Pranav Mistry, tweeted “For the past few years, I have been working on something exciting. FOLLOW @neondotlife to learn more,” re-tweeting that Neon is: “Artificial Intelligence that will make you wonder which one of you is real.”
