46inch displays bright enough for outdoor use

Display Technology is offering 46in displays from AUO for outdoor and public information use.

There are two brightness options:

 

P460HVN04.4 – 1,500cd/m2  (135W backlight), 1,920 x 1080

P460HVN05.0 – 2,500cd/m2  (166W backlight)

There is also a less bright version, the 700cd/m2 P460HVN03.3, which has a 77.1W backlight.

 

All 3 versions have the same LVDS connector, and the company also holds controller boards to match the displays.
