Automotive electrolytic capacitors peak at 4Arms, 100KHz

NIC-Components_High-CV_Capacitor_NSPE1-PRNSPE-HC from NIC Components is a series of AEC-Q200 automotive-grade surface mount aluminium electrolytic capacitors.

 

In five case sizes from 6.3 x 6.3mm diameter to 12.8 x 10mm diameter, the series covers 56 to 560μF in ratings of 25 and 35Vdc, with operation over -55 to +105°C and a load life rating of 5000 hours at +105°C.

 

“The performance of the polymer and liquid electrolyte hybrid construction results in ripple current ratings up to 4Arms 100KHz, low ESR and high reliability,” according to distributor Omni-Pro, which is stocking the parts. ” NSPE-HC series is ideal for use in automotive, enterprise-level equipment and telecommunication infrastructure equipment.”

 

Construction has anti-vibration terminations and is halogen-free, RoHS compliant and REACH compliant.

 

Parts are compatible with +260°C peak Pb-free reflow soldering.

 

Use is envisaged with 12V automotive power steering, pumps, fans and compressors.
