RS stocking Keysight test and measurement kits for embedded and RF

Author: EIS Release Date: Mar 12, 2020

RS Components has added Keysight test and measurement equipment to its portfolio.

It’s stocking the Infiniivision 4000X and 6000X series of oscilloscopes, which feature a “zone trigger” function, designed to help engineers isolate hard-to-capture signals.

The multi-function scopes have a waveform update rate of one million waveforms per second.

They’re aimed at embedded system design and debug, power design and analysis, in automotive and other systems that require analogue, digital, serial and RF signal analysis.

The 6000X series offers up to 6GHz and 20G-sample/s, combining digital channels, serial protocol analysis, dual-channel waveform generator, frequency response analysis, digital multimeter and 10-digit counter with totalizer.

It weighs 6.8kg and is 15.4cm deep, at a typical power consumption of 200W.

RS is also stocking the firm’s N9300 series of spectrum analysers and signal generators for RF system design and EMC compliance testing.

The devices feature bandwidth capability up to 7GHz and offer “single-button” testing.

Their remote-control capabilities enable use in harsh environments.

The N6705C DC power analyser mainframe unit is also being stocked, in conjunction with the N678x series of source/measure units (SMUs), provides battery drain analysis and functional testing, along with visualisation of current drain from amps down to nanoamps.

Lastly, designed for calibration laboratory and test engineers, the 3458A digital multimeter offers 8½-digit precision with direct-current-voltage accuracy of up to 8-ppm over one year; measurement speeds up to 100,000 readings per second; and self-adjusting and -verifying calibration capability.

The test and measurement devices are shipping now in the EMEA and Asia Pacific regions.
