OpenAI, the firm behind ChatGPT, is reported to have raised $300 million at a valuation of $27-29 billion.

VCs said to gave invested include: Tiger Global, Sequoia, Andreessen Horowitz, Thrive, Peter Thiel’s Founders Fund and K2 Global which has only ine partner – Ozi Amanat.

MS already has a €10 billion investment in the company. It is reported that outside investors now hold 30% of the company.
