2023 PC and Tablet shipments are expected to be 15.2% down y-o-y at 384,4 million units, says IDC.

Next year, the market is expected to grow to  403 million units and to 425 million by the end of 2027.

“Commercial  buying is expected to ramp up during 2024,” says IDC’s Jitesh Ubrani.

” ASPs are projected to decline 2.8% to $700,” says IDC vp Linn Huang, “this would mark the first ASP decline for a full year since 2015.”
