Polish distributor, TME, has signed a distribution agreement with US optoelectronic component manufacturer, Inolux. Stock items include surface mount, through hole and IR leds.

Surface mount coloured light emitting devices for indicators or beacons make up the largest part of the range. There are also white leds, rated up to 0.1W, with viewing ranges from a well focused beam (20°) to a more diffuse 140° beam. The leds are supplied in a range of package sizes from 0402 to 3528, and also PLCC2.

Through hole leds include the INL-3AY30 single colour led with a transparent lens (pictured). The selection of leds is available in several colours and in diameters of 3mm and 5mm.

The IR leds are supplied in surface mount package for communication (signal transmission) as well as illumination. The leds available from TME are rated up to 210mW.
