Infineon has signed a SiC wafer supply deal with SK Siltron.

Infineon adds to SiC wafer suppliers“For Infineon, supply chain resiliency is about implementing a multi-supplier strategy and drive decarbonisation,” said Angelique van der Burg (pictured), Chief Procurement Officer at Infineon.

Under the agreement, SK Siltron will provide Infineon with 150-millimeter SiC wafers and, in a subsequent phase, assist Infineon’s transition to 200-millimeter wafers.
