Inelco Hunter is stocking a touch screen 4.3-inch IPS display which, as well as suiting new industrial designs, is a drop-in alternative to recently discontinued Innolux models, it said.

Made by Powertip in Taiwan, JXT480272T016-ZBB03 has a resolution of 480(RGB) x 272 pixels and a backlight for viewing at up to 450cd/m2.

The touch screen is resistive, and the image interface to the internal SC7283-G4 driver IC is 24bit RGB.

Operation is over -20 to +70°C and from 3 to 3.6V. At 3.3V. consumption is typically 30mA, but up to 45mA.

The display part measures 105.5 x 67.2 x 4.85mm, and the active area is 97 x 55.8mm.

Estimated lifetime of 20,000 hours

Industrial application are envisaged.
