For audio codecs and amplifiers, Cirrus Logic is the clear market leader but is dependent on Apple.

In the audio codecs and amplifiers market, Cirrus Logic, Qualcomm and TI  are the main players in a $3.4 billion market in 2018 with 35%, 18%, and 12% of the market, respectively.
